Cycle 16

Well, I'm on CD 2 today. All things considered, I'm not upset. Of course it's disappointing but I'm looking forward to making some changes in my lifestyle that will hopefully make a difference.
I've been doing a lot of reading about things that can have an impact on your fertility and how taking a more natural approach can sometimes help.

I would much rather make some changes in my lifestyle this way than take a bunch of medicine and go through a bunch of invasive tests. Of course, if it gets to that point I'll go all in. But before we reach that point, why not try to make some changes on my own?

This is what I'll be working on starting this cycle....
  • Get back in the habit of excercising on a daily basis. I'm working on putting together some routines that I can rotate--it will be ballet, pilates and yoga.
  • Get better about eating raw fruit and vegetables on a daily basis, while cutting back even more on processed food and starchy stuff.
  • Make sure I am really consistent about taking my vitamins and supplements
The nice thing is that each of these things are things that I have already started to do and changes I've already started making. I just need to make sure I stay consistent.

I've noticed a lot of things that have changed with me in the last year. I feel like it all goes back to the pill and how things have changed with me physically and emotionally since I went off it. I really think that its all linked and I'm on a mission now to fix it.

  1. I'm in the same boat. Right about to hit CD1 tomorrow. Trying to focus on diet and exercise as well. Best of luck to both of us.
